dc.description.abstractThe paper is in ideal dialogue with Riccardo Del Punta on a topic that has prompted his attention and reflexion, highlighting some significant passages from the “Manifesto per un diritto del lavoro sostenibile”, of which he is co-author. It offers some insights into recent developments of antidiscrimination law, marked by considerable enhancement of protection techniques, but also by persisting obstacles to the realization of the principle of equality between individuals and groups.
