| dc.description.abstract | As is well known, in implementation of the NRP, the Cartabia reform made significant changes at numerous junctures of the criminal process. Despite the fact that an excessive focus on the efficiency profile of the procedure alone has been stigmatized from many quarters, the new legislation does not penalize the guarantees of the criminal process but, on the contrary, in many cases aims to enhance its scope. Of course, such a result can only be achieved with the responsible cooperation of all those acting on the trial scene. | |
