dc.description.abstractThis book calls on educators to teach the whole child by including their faith as integral to their identity and offers suggestions for how to honor faith within a nurturing learning environment. Part One describes the concept of faith honoring as an extension of historical educational approaches and offers a framework for how to teach in ways that are faith-honoring. Part Two is a collection of personal essays reflecting on experiences of faith honoring and faith silencing.
