dc.description.abstractThe essay aims to investigate the demand of managerial and micro-organizational behaviours, increasingly necessary in our public apparatus, capable of preventing and neutralizing discomfort in the workplace before it degenerates into harmful cases recognized by anti-discrimination law or jurisprudence. The Author questions the configurability of a protectable claim of proactive approaches capable of anticipating the threshold of intervention and neutralizing ex ante the source of potential damage to bio-psycho-emotional integrity.
