His values were somehow shared by his collaborators and managers like Ottiero Ottieri, Paolo Volponi, Geno Pampaloni. In this chapter Simone Weil, philosopher, teacher, politician, active in the war against Nazism, finds a particular attention since Adriano Olivetti instructed the poet Franco Fortini to translate her works, which were published by the Olivettian Edizioni di Comunità.
