dc.description.abstractSoftware ist für die Leistungserbringung moderner Organisationen von zentraler Bedeutung. Unternehmen können ihre eigene individuelle Software entwickeln oder aber auf eine Standardsoftware zurückgreifen. Johannes Sonnenholzner zeigt in sieben Fallstudien aus der Energiewirtschaft, wie Organisationen die Möglichkeiten zwischen Individual- und Standardsoftware für sich nutzen. Im Mittelpunkt steht dabei der Arbeitsprozess der Gestaltung branchenspezifischer Software: In welchen Formen und mit welchen Folgen wird der interdisziplinäre Arbeitsprozess organisiert, in dem die softwaretechnischen Möglichkeiten mit den branchen- und organisationsspezifischen Anforderungen abgeglichen werden?
