dc.description.abstractThis interdisciplinary study focuses on the eventful collection history of the Chamber of Mathematics and Physics of the former Jesuit College in Cologne from the 17th century to the present day. The collection for teaching and research provides material evidence of the scientific-historical development towards modern natural science. This volume thus offers a fascinating insight into the history of science and education in Cologne and beyond.
