dc.description.abstractThe study sheds light on typical linguistic patterns of stance-taking in online comments. It makes an empirically founded contribution to the investigation of construction-grammatical patterns of language use in knowledge communication, addressing key aspects of social construction grammar. The basis of the study is a corpus comprising reader comments on health-related online news articles.
