dc.description.abstractIn German, there are nominal compounds with identical constituents (ICCs). This study is the first to provide comprehensive data on the formal and functional properties of ICCs and a theoretical discussion in which these formations are divided into subtypes, allocated to the processes of composition and reduplication, and presented within the scope of pertinent compound theories.
