Abstract

How do interaction and competence-building among kindergarten and school leaders contribute to making future generations of children and young people more independent with regard to their growth, development and education? Through empirical studies and theoretical perspectives, this book's authors explore how actors at the municipal level, in schools, in ECEC (early childhood education and care) and in the university and college sector can work together to achieve the best possible outcomes for children and young people's education and development.

The book is suitable for master's students as well as those in further education programs and in higher education management programs. In addition, this book will be a source of inspiration and reflection to all those working with development in and of the childcare sector in the face of future challenges.

Hvordan kan samhandling og kompetansebygging blant ledere i skole og barnehage bidra til å forme og selvstendiggjøre fremtidens barn og unge med tanke på deres danning og utdanning?
