| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this contribution is to identify the areas of constitutional law in which legislation and jurisprudence have interpreted the phenomenon of gambling. In fact, in view of the Constitutional Court's increasingly frequent interventions, it seems increasingly useful and necessary to trace at least the essential elements of the jurisprudential development of the subject, also contextualising it in relation to the evolution of legislation in the sector. | |
