The transparency concept, which represents the essential guarantee to protect the dignity of the workers, will be the key of the dialogue. The same concept allows also to evaluate if the reform of the discipline, contained in the art. 4 St. lav., has fixed the open issues from the previous version: the poor integration with privacy legislation and the defensive controls.
