dc.description.abstractThis work examines the criminal profiles of gambling, analyzing the types of crimes contained in the penal code and in complementary legislation, with particular regard to the incriminating rules of 'abusive exercise' conduct, and extending the investigation, albeit in short, to the criminal phenomena related to 'pathological gambling disorder'. Finally, the work also examines the complex question of the impact of ‘gambling addiction’ on the ability to understand and will.
