| publisher.peerreviewpolicy | The peer review process is normally arranged by one of the editors of WAP. The process will run as follows: the editor contacts at least two independent reviewers who are experts in the relevant field. The reviewers will be asked to answer specific questions about the manuscript's quality and potential. Depending on how much material is available the reviewers are also requested to provide detailed feedback on the contents of the manuscript. <BR> <BR> The reviewers will then make their recommendations which can be negative, positive with minor changes or positive. If changes are necessary the review will be forwarded to the author (single blind). After the manuscript has been revised and sent back to the editor it will be evaluated again. The editor checks whether the comments were taken into consideration and the changes were made correctly. Based on the editor's conclusions the decision will be made whether the manuscript can be accepted or will still be rejected. | * |
