            Deeply Superficial

            Deiss, Mélanie-Chantal (2015)
In place of the entanglement of person and work that so strongly marks the artistic work of Andy Warhol, and settles it in the usual Pop Art context, Mèlanie-Chantal Deiss locates it within the cultural context of America's ...

            Sauer, Arn T. (2018-10-15)
Gender impact assessment has been both celebrated as a beacon of hope for the cause of gender equality and criticised as being ineffectual. More than 20 years of gender mainstreaming have demonstrated that equality governance ...

            Stabrey, Undine (2017)

            Baumann, Amelie (2021)
While it has been argued that anonymity in gamete donation has been brought to an end by legal changes and technological developments, Amelie Baumann suggests that this is in fact still in transformation. By focusing on ...

            Trusting the Police

            Staubli, Silvia (2017)
The police can be seen as a governmental institution or as an organizational body, where especially the work – effectiveness, or fairness in encounters – is valued. Through the combination of these approaches and the ...

            Nitzke, Solvejg; Pethes, Nicolas (2017-07-15)
While concepts of Earth have a rich tradition, more recent examples show a distinct quality: Though ideas of wholeness might still be related to mythical, religious, or utopian visions of the past, ''Earth'' itself has ...
