dc.description.abstractThis work describes how human vision can be influenced at night time. In the first part, front lighting systems, that are already available on the market, are described and analyzed in terms of their positive effects on traffic safety. Furthermore this work is discussing, how traffic safety at night time has been increased since the introduction of high resolution headlamps.*
