Abstract

The script addresses the role of the theme of work in Labriola's thought, and attempts to demonstrate how this can be assumed as the key to all of his Marxist reflection. "Self-government of work", construction of an "artificial ground" thanks to working praxis, primacy of praxis itself: these are the conceptual passages that attest this centrality. The text tries to account for this in their development.
