Abstract
The author comments on Constitutional case law No. 7/2024, in a dialogue with the precedents of the same court aimed at understanding the current features of the dismissal system. By examining the most recent constitutional jurisprudence, the author dwells on some critical aspects of the discipline of collective redundancies.
