Abstract
After the European directive, the legal minimum wage is also being discussed in Italy. On the subject there is the need to evaluate the comparison, the data on underwage and "poor work", the jurisprudential interventions, the conferment of erga omnes efficacy to the National Collective Labor Agreements.
