            Abstract
The seventh annual EIB Climate Survey provides valuable insight into how Europeans view the challenges and opportunities of adapting to climate change in 2024. 94% – a strong consensus across the European Union – agree there is a need to adapt to climate change. 86% believe that investing in climate change adaptation can create jobs and boost local economies. 72% acknowledge they will have to adjust their lifestyles as the impacts of climate change become more severe. Read the report to find out more about regional differences in views and the top priorities for climate adaptation among Europeans.
