            Abstract
            Die vorliegende Arbeit befaßt sich mit der Problematik menschlicher Identität in den mittleren Werken Gogol's; den Erzählungen, die später unter dem Sammelbegriff "Petersburger Erzählungen" zusammengefaßt worden sind, sowie in der Komödie "Revizor". Kommentare Gogol's aus späteren Jahren, beispielsweise die "Ausgewählten Stellen aus dem Briefwechsel mit Freunden" sowie Aussagen in Briefen, werden auf diese früheren Erzählungen bezogen, um eine Kontinuität im Seinsverständnis und in gewissem Grade auch in der Intention des Autors Gogol' zu belegen.

            Export search results
