            Abstract
            Ce livre présente les mécanismes de la communication verbale, en particulier ceux qui permettent de manipuler autrui. Il explore la théorie de Grice, qui distinguee les contenus explicites et implicites, et examine les théories ultérieures affirmant que la communication implicite aurait émergé chez l’espèce humaine à des fins de manipulation. Ces théories soutiennent que cette forme de communication permettrait au locuteur de se rétracter en prétendant ne pas avoir communiqué le contenu implicite. L’auteure confronte les approches gricéennes avec la théorie de la Pertinence, s’opposant à l’idée que la communication implicite est fondamentalement manipulatrice. À l’aide d’exemples empiriques, l’ouvrage explore la complexité de la reconstruction du sens, du point de vue du destinataire. Ce dernier possède un appareillage cognitif qui attribue spontanément des engagements au locuteur, y compris dans les contenus implicites. Cette perspective ouvre des horizons prometteurs dans le domaine de l’argumentation et de la détection de sophismes.

            Export search results

            The export option will allow you to export the current search results of the entered query to a file. Differen formats are available for download. To export the items, click on the button corresponding with the preferred download format.

            A logged-in user can export up to 15000 items. If you're not logged in, you can export no more than 500 items.

            To select a subset of the search results, click "Selective Export" button and make a selection of the items you want to export. The amount of items that can be exported at once is similarly restricted as the full export.

            After making a selection, click one of the export format buttons. The amount of items that will be exported is indicated in the bubble next to export format.
