            Abstract
The correspondence between Rudolf Carnap and Otto Neurath is a key document in the history of logical empiricism. It illustrates the development of the debates in the Vienna Circle and in the subsequent emigration, provides insights into the network and environment of this highly influential philosophical movement, and reveals the political motives of its main representatives.
