Abstract

The aim of this treatise is to present Reinach's main work to a broader audience and thus to make a contribution to its rediscovery - which, in the view expressed here, is overdue. To this end, the treatise first introduces Reinach's legal phenomenology and points out ways to a Reinach reception that are largely independent of phenomenological prerequisites for thinking.
