            Abstract
            Based on the strengths of combined ideas from migration researchers, policy experts, and representatives of international organisations, this timely volume provides eight basic principles for the design of innovative migration policy. Presents new proposals for innovative migration policies.
             
            In dit boek presenteren tien wetenschappers innovatieve en onconventionele voorstellen voor migratie management in de 21e eeuw. Acht basisprincipes worden voor het ontwerp van de innovatieve benaderingen van het migratiebeleid ontwikkeld en voorgesteld. Naast de intrinsieke waarde van de individuele voorstellen, biedt deze verzameling van beleidsvoorstellen de mogelijkheid om nieuwe principes, voor het ontwerp van innovatief migratiebeleid, te identificeren. Gemeenschappelijke thema's en principes die naar voren komen zijn onder andere ontevredenheid met de huidige situatie in migratiebeleid, de zoektocht naar een toepasbaar beleid, en het centraal stellen van de migrant en zijn motieven in het ontwikkelen van het migratiebeleid. Deze bundel is het resultaat van een gezamenlijke workshop van ICMPD/IMISCoe (Innovative Concepts for Alternative Migration Policies), dat op het International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) in Wenen in 2006 werd gehouden. Innovative Concepts for Alternative Migration Policies richt zich op onderzoekers en beleidsmakers op alle niveaus en stimuleert hen om een frisse blik te werpen op het huidige migratiebeleid.

            Export search results

            The export option will allow you to export the current search results of the entered query to a file. Differen formats are available for download. To export the items, click on the button corresponding with the preferred download format.

            A logged-in user can export up to 15000 items. If you're not logged in, you can export no more than 500 items.

            To select a subset of the search results, click "Selective Export" button and make a selection of the items you want to export. The amount of items that can be exported at once is similarly restricted as the full export.
