Abstract

The research analyses CISL Bill Proposal adopting a systematic and exegetical approach to its not always easily understandable provisions, in the view of being of some help during the complex parliamentary work. Despite the criticalities highlighted by the analysis, CISL Proposal can be looked at as a challenging and well-structured starting point for a substantive reflection on workers participation involving other social partners, the legislator and scholars.
