Abstract

This volume examines the German Federal Labor Court's labor dispute law over time. It presents the legal and factual framework and asks: Is labor dispute law still up-to-date, or does it require a reorientation? Does the legislature need to intervene, or is a return to traditional principles sufficient? The article advocates for the creation of a law for the arbitration of collective bargaining disputes.
