The contribution illustrates the work of a multidisciplinary group of scholars and designers, coordinated by the Author, responsible for drawing up a project for the valorisation of the Swabian-Angevin Fortress of Lucera, one of the most important medieval complexes in southern Italy, still little investigated and valorised .
