Abstract

After defining the alias career and outlining its legal basis, the article comments on its diffusion in the Italian and international university context. It then dwells on the case of the University of Florence, discussing the evolution of the alias career from its institution to the adoption of a new model that privileges the principle of self-determination and allows students to access the profile without any obligation to present medical diagnoses.
