Luigi Meneghello claimed that with Pomo pero (1974) he had gone further, stylistically, than in his previous books. The contribution focuses on some aspects of Pomo pero’s style (especially rhythm) and then on the alternation or, rather, co-presence of the comic-humorous register and the serious or tragic in a chapter of the second part of the book.
